1) After hair is purchased please be patient, once payment is processed and received you will receive a confirmation Email

2) After your confirmation email your order will be processed between 3-5 business days(Excluding Weekends and Holidays). Our Processing period for wigs would be extended between 1-5 Business days (This extension is done so that wigs may be made according to customers request)

3) After processing your request your shipping label will be created and mailed 

4) You will receive a mail which contains your tracking number

5) Your package will then be shipped off via USPS Priority Mail which takes(2-3 business days for customers in the US and 6-10 business days for international consumers)

Please Shipping May take a little longer during holidays so please be patient 

Refunds/Return
